Giò Sống (Mọc) is seasoned raw pork paste in a 400g portion. It is an ingredient for cooking, not a ready-to-eat sausage, and must be fully cooked before eating.
Cooking idea: shape into mọc meatballs for soup, bún mọc or hot pot. Follow the package and storage instructions.
Fresh pork and seasoning.
Freezer: 2 mo. Fridge: Not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use.
Thaw overnight in the fridge, or submerge the unopened casing in cold water until thawed (about 30 min.). Cook thoroughly immediately after thawing. Note: Already seasoned.
Fish (Anchovy).
Cold-packed for FedEx Priority Overnight. Refrigerate or freeze promptly after delivery.
